Canvas Foam Board is a standard foam board that has a canvas surface to it. A very inexpensive way of achieving that canvas painted look on a substrate that is very lightweight.

Ultra Board is designed for interior use and is favored for its durability. The dent-resistant styrene liners are secured to the foam center with a remarkable bond that keeps the panel flat and rigid.

Falconboard® Build paper-based graphics board is structurally engineered with the rigidity and high dimensional stability needed for demanding three-dimensional point-of-purchase applications.

Medium Density Overlay (MDO) Plywood (also called signboard) is engineered wood panels, originally designed for sign makers. However, they are gaining popularity for other purposes. MDO surface is hardwood plywood with resin-soaked fiber overlays between the veneer layers and on both surfaces. The top veneer layer on both sides is “A” grade, providing for an extremely smooth surface.

High Impact Styrene These sheets are used in a wide variety of applications including thermoforming, fabricating, printing (silk-screen, flexographic, lithographic, and register grade).

Dibond®, the Ultimate Substrate, is a rigid, durable aluminum composite material consisting of two pre-painted sheets of .012-inch aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core that is a unique composition that makes it approximately one-half the weight of aluminum. Dibond® is an excellent replacement for aluminum, MDO, plywood, thick gauge plastics, and some laminated fluted/solid core sheets.

Palight® Outdoor is a versatile, lightweight and durable foamed PVC sheet that is ideal for outdoor signage and display applications. PALIGHT offers an excellent wood grain finish, is half the weight of solid PVC sheets and is the same thickness at a lower cost. White aluminum prints maintain the advantages of printing on aluminum but without a metallic look. The white surface creates an excellent canvas for making colors pop while providing that durable feel and look.

Brushed aluminum can be directly printed on to give images that metallic feel. The brighter parts of the image are not printed at all, meaning the brushed aluminum remains visible and creates a metallic sheen. For a unique presentation, images can be reversed out, using only black ink, creating a simulated etching look. Great for achieving a contemporary look on a very stable base.

Ultra Aluminum Board provides an aluminum surface for printing while utilizing an extruded black polystyrene foam to give the substrate depth. The end result is combining all of the advantages of printing on an aluminum surface while the black polystyrene foam minimizes the overall weight. It’s essentially gator foam with an aluminum surface.
